MEET THE OPTRIA
Vannoy is a financial services technology veteran with more than
30 years experience in this industry. As Optria’s Chief Operating
Officer, Vannoy applies his expertise in many areas of the organization,
from the day-to-day-operations of the company and its staff, to
providing input and direction into sales and marketing activities
for the Americas.
Vannoy entered his field as a programmer with Kirchman Corporation, now part of Fidelity Information Services. He then spent more than 20 years with Fiserv in various positions ranging from account management and strategic product direction for the Fiserv CBS (now Fiserv Signature) division’s U.S. solutions, to leading that organization’s global vendor management program. It was during his long tenure with Fiserv that it became apparent there was a disparity between what the core banking system could provide and what the financial institutions needed to help them dramatically enhance their statements, notices and other correspondence to more advanced levels of sophistication and functionality. Working closely with Optria’s co-founder Pete Stoughton, they set out to meet this gap by forming Optria in 2005.
A diverse and creative business professional, Vannoy is focused primarily on sales, marketing and customer satisfaction, ensuring clients are fully leveraging their investment in Optria’s solutions.
